My terms are fairly easy.  If you purchase anything from me you may not resell it as it is for a profit. 

Websets:  These may be used to make your own personal or commercial website or auction templates.  You may add text where you see fit.

Website Templates:  These may be used for your own personal or commercial website.  These MAY not be used for auction templates.  If you would like an auction template made with the same graphics and I do not already sell one; please email me.

Auction templates:  These may be used for your own personal or commercial use.

SigTags:  May be used for your personal or commercial emails or in forums or message boards.

Printables:  You must print it first.  You may use them for your crafting business, personal use or as gifts.

Digital Collage Sheets:  You may use these images for your own printed material (commercial or personal).  

Digital Hang Tag Sheets: You may use these images for your own printed material (commercial or personal).

Graphics:  Are intended for your personal use for scrapbooking, crafting, and for your general business needs. You may print the images for use on your tags, labels, business cards, stationary etc.  This graphic may not be purchased for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like. Nor may any purchaser in turn sell these graphics to anyone for mass production, by large companies, for publication, for use in software programs or the like.
